Hello there! Thank you for booking in with us. We will get your carpets and/or upholstery looking great again soon!
 

Please may you remove any small items and breakables from the rooms such as small tables, plant pots, lamps, or ornaments etc, we are fully insured but don't want any accidents! We are able to move the big stuff using our sliders so don't worry about them!

Could you also make sure there is access to an outside tap if you have one or a bath where we can fill our water tank from. MOST IMPORTANTLY, please could you make sure there is space for our van on your drive or outside your front door or window when we arrive.

We are also able to deodorise the carpets and upholstery or stain guard them on the day. Just ask us for prices!

Please note: We may arrive slightly ahead or slightly behind our scheduled time but you will be contacted via the number you have provided if this is the case.
